Summary
Administrators can install custom certificates to replace the default self-signed HTTP certificate provided with QRadar. However, this process may fail if an invalid certificate or key is used.
In some scenarios, this can lead to issues with various applications and the QRadar UI—such as blank pages when opening apps, "Application Error" messages in certain tabs or Tomcat failing to start, rendering the UI unavailable.
