Access your resources:

Once you receive an email stating your reservation is ready, click on the reservation ID in your email to open the reservation.

Once you have completed the above, navigate to your reservation, scroll to the bottom, and use the provided access details, DO NOT USE YOUR IBM ID/personal details.

You will notice that there is a different login in link and credentials provided. They are different from logging into IBM Cloud directly, so they must be used instead of the regular IBM Cloud url.

Use the IBM Cloud Login inside of your reservation. Once opened, you can see that the page looks different from the standard IBM Cloud Login. Paste the username and the password, click login and you will be redirected to the cloud account.

Once you login and you will see the resources that this reservation provides. Navigate to the hamburger menu and click on resources to see the instances.

Note: If you don’t see any resources and you are in the right account, please contact the TechZone Support. Ensure you provide your reservation ID for faster resolution.

Once you have logged in to the cloud account using the Student ID, navigate to the resource list and find the Watson studio instance. Select the instance and click 'Launch in watsonx' and then click the continue button. You will be redirected to the watsonx data platform.
