Troubleshooting
Problem
When Automation Document Processing is configured to use Engine 2 for OCR, some documents may stay in uploading status indefinitely. The issue does not occur for the same documents if Automation Document Processing is configured to use only Engine 1.
An alternate symptom may occur when running Extraction Training with Engine 2 enabled where the training never completes.
Symptom
The wdu-extraction pod log will either show SIGKILL errors or will show that the pod is being regularly restarted.
