How to get started (it's simple!):

  1. Visit the IBM Support Community page (www.ibm.com/mysupport/s)
  2. Log in with your valid support account to access this feature.
  3. Look for the blue chat icon in the bottom right corner

  5. Enter the type of eBMC system along with keywords such as "admin password reset"
  6. User will be prompted for the serial number of the system to process the request
