WARNING: For optimal system cooling, it's essential to install drive blanks in all vacant hard-drive bays.
Removing a Hard-Drive Blank
- Follow the procedure for "Removing the Front Bezel."
- Hold the front part of the hard-drive blank, press the release lever located on the right side, and gently slide the blank out until it's completely detached from the drive bay.

Installing a Hard-Drive Blank
- Ensure the hard-drive blank is correctly aligned with the drive bay.
- Insert the blank into the drive bay until you hear the release lever click into position.
