QRadar: Upgrade failed due to backup in progress

Troubleshooting


Problem

During the upgrade of a QRadar Appliance, the process fails due to a backup running, resulting in an error message similar to the following:
[ERROR] There are 1 backups in progress. Please wait for them to complete or cancel via UI before restarting patch.
[DEBUG](testmode) Result: "1"
[ERROR](testmode) Patch pretest 'Testing backup is not running' failed. (check_backup.sh)
