Q&A:
Question 1: Can you please share the URL for the troubleshooting guide for containers?
Answer:
For troubleshooting issues in containers, please refer to below mentioned product documentation - https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/sip?topic=troubleshooting-issues-in-containers

Question 2: Is there any SST enhancement for the DB monitoring similar to what is introduced for queue depth?
Answer:
As of now, we have Database Metrics monitoring dashboard already available for the clients, where they can see long running queries and even lock-wait            queries as well, apart from other widgets, as mentioned in this product documentation - https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/order-management?topic=dashboards-charts
If there is a need of generating an explain plan or advise then please raise a support case and we can help you.
Also, if there is a requirement for any specific enhancement then please feel free to raise an enhancement request here - https://watsonsupplychain.ideas.ibm.com/ideas/?project=OMSST

Question 3: Are there any recommended hot-sku settings by IBM? (I understand these would be specific to each retailer but wanted to check on general settings.)
Answer:
Each client's usecase will need different combinations of hot-sku configuration values depending upon their specific scenario and business use.
Below mentioned article does talk about different use cases and the general considerations about hot-sku - https://developer.ibm.com/articles/ibm-sterling-order-management-system-hot-sku-performance-tuning/
Also, you can refer to this product document section for more details on hot-sku - https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/order-management?topic=tuning-performance-feature-hot-sku
In case of any specific question or scenario around this, we would suggest you to please raise a support case with more details, so we can review it further for that specific flow.
