Problem
System Backup is required for Disaster Recovery in event of appliance failure where data corruption has occurred. To avoid data loss, you need to configure System Backup in Guardium.
When doing this procedure, you may observe the error "Cannot start: another system backup is running."
Symptom
Upon clicking Test Connection in the System back up page of the GUI Or cli this error can appear:
"Cannot start: another system backup is running."
