Planning Analytics for Excel returns “Unable to connect to the remote server” error when hovering on info icon in options menu

Troubleshooting


Problem

When users hover over the info icon in the Options menu on an air-gapped machine (where internet access is blocked), Planning Analytics for Excel displays the error: “Unable to connect to the remote server”. However, some info icons still display text-based information about the settings.
