Abstract

On 28 March 2025, IBM released IBM® Maximo® Asset Management 7.6.1.3 interim fix 030. As with all interim fixes, it is cumulative. In addition to the new fixes listed here, all fixes from earlier interim fix releases for this Feature Pack are included.

Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.3 interim fix 030 is available at Fix Central.
Maximo Asset Management 7.6.1.3 interim fixes incorporate Maximo Integration Framework fixes which were formerly released in a separate IBM Installation Manager package.

DT420068 Inventory usage In Inventory Usage, Inventory Items with a Reservation selected and a Condition Code that does not have an inventory balance causes unexpected duplicate lines to be created.
DT420249 Labor In Work Order Tracking, duplicating a Work Order does not populate Contract/Vendor details on the ASSIGNMENT and ACTUALS tabs.
DT420258 Work Order Tracking In the Message Tracking application, when a parent Work Order status is modified to CLOSE, only one transaction is triggered.
DT420488 System UI Screen rolls up to the top of page when you click on the subtab label, even if the subtab is at the bottom of the page
DT421723 Data Sheets Revising Data Sheet Templates causes Attachments to be duplicated in Work Orders generated by Preventive Maintenance.

DT423609 Graphical Scheduling In the Graphical Scheduling application, right-clicking the Work Order description and selecting "Move to Today/Next Day" causes error "BMXAT0240E- The model changes did not save to the scheduler table.".
DT423692 Manage Inspections Forms Clicking "Revise Inspection Form" does not work and  causes"BMXAA9238E - An error occurred when the Application Service WebMethod was started. The nested stack trace gives details of the error. null" to be written to the log.
DT423797 Inventory usage In Inventory Usage, changing an item's status to Shipped causes error "BMXAA7691E - The status of this Inventory Usage cannot be changed to SHIPPED. Null.".
DT423888 System UI An extra colon displays hovering over the Bulletins icon.
DT423983 Work Order Tracking Preventive Maintenance generates Work Orders from Job Plans with incorrect Inspection Forms.

IBM Control Desk environment interim fix information
  • IBM Control Desk 7.6.1.3 and 7.6.1.4 use Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.2. Apply interim fixes for Maximo Asset Management 7.6.1.2 to IBM Control Desk 7.6.1.3 and 7.6.1.4.
  • IBM Control Desk 7.6.1.5 uses Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.3. This interim fix can be applied to IBM Control Desk 7.6.1.5.
