Error description

• When alert configuration has an 8 byte writer name and an 8 byte
  NJE node name, the SMTPATSIGN operand gets cut off.

  When a SMTP node name and a SMTP writer name provided on the
  alert configuration screen (panel C2PP3ZA0) have both a length
  of 8 characters, the alert verification process fails with a
  MSGCKR0987 which begins with the text "Syntax error:dsname
  expected...".
  

Problem conclusion

• zSecure Alert configuration logic has been modified, so that the
  alert verification does not fail when both the SMTP node name
  and the SMTP writer name have a length of 8 characters.
