Troubleshooting
Problem
Attempts to integrate IBM Rational Rhapsody TestConductor and IBM Rational Quality Manager results in the error "com.ibm.rqm.adapter.library.data.AdapterException: Failed to send data" caused by "java.net.ProtocolException: PUT [403].
Symptom
Expected result: Adapter goes to listening mode with message:
Created TestConductor Adapter
Created TestConductor Adapter
Actual result: Fails to save configuration file resulting in an error that starts with:
com.ibm.rqm.adapter.library.data.AdapterException: Failed to send data ...
and followed by
"Caused by: java.net.ProtocolException: PUT[403] ...".
The end of the message states:
Created TestConductor Adapter
but soon after message states:
"Stored configuration is out of sync. Adapter is re-registering"
This process repeats.
