webMethods Knowlegebase : Problem applying the APX 10.7. Fix 3

Problem

When trying to apply the APX_10.7_Fix3 (build 1411) after SUM (Software AG Update Manager) has installed infrastructure Fixes for the10.7 release, the following error appears;
