Problem
The installation of the IBM Rational DOORS-Change interface is missing some documentation, but also the information is split across many sections of the Rational DOORS documentation. This document is to simplify the installation process
Symptom
- If in Rational Change you see the following URL instead of a selectable link to your Rational DOORS Web Access client, then re-check your steps and ensure you restarted all of the DOORS components:

- When using dbadmin you may see:
-F- DBADMIN: No operation specified
After the command:
