webMethods Knowlegebase : Schedulers are not functioning properly on v10.1 server (1792223)

Troubleshooting

Problem

Observed the behavior where the schedulers are running fine while running the service manually, however the same job is getting failed when scheduled as simple scheduler on IS page.

The service runs every 10 seconds and will fetch the configuration Partner details from the database.

Able to see the results when running the service manually using Designer, however could see continuous errors on the IS Admin. UI page when it ran using automated scheduler.

Error details below:

"The schedule Service failed due to below Error:

AbcTnB2b.scheduler:scheduleOutbound=>AbcTn.config:getConfig=>Config file for partner 0xho92005apohji7000000da not found."
