Troubleshooting
Problem
The trigger throws a "ClassCastException" during the pre-processing phase of the trigger execution, but the Integration Server does not suspend the trigger, instead acknowledges the message to the provider.
This happens when the server configuration parameter "watt.server.trigger.preprocess.suspendAndRetryOnError" is set to true
,or the webMethods messaging trigger/ JMS trigger is configured to detect duplicates and suspend on error.
