webMethods Knowlegebase : Loader constraint violation error in version 10.3 (1805045)

Troubleshooting

Problem

Executing a custom Java service that uses the javax.mail.search.SearchTerm, which works fine in IS v9.7, but in v10.3 gets the following error in the server.log file:

"2020-04-29 16:34:09 EDT [ISP.0090.0003C] (tid=1047) Error: FxPartnerDriverSMTP.Private.SmtpListner:processContent:

error: loader constraint violation: loader (instance of org/eclipse/osgi/internal/loader/EquinoxClassLoader) previously initiated loading for a different type with name "javax/mail/search/SearchTerm"

localizedError: loader constraint violation: loader (instance of org/eclipse/osgi/internal/loader/EquinoxClassLoader) previously initiated loading for a different type with name "javax/mail/search/SearchTerm"

errorType: java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException

errorDump: java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException:loader constraint violation: loader (instance of org/eclipse/osgi/internal/loader/EquinoxClassLoader) previously initiated loading for a different type with name "javax/mail/search/SearchTerm"

service: FxPartnerDriverSMTP.Private.SmtpListner.utility:copyMail

2020-04-29 16:34:09 EDT [ISP.0090.0003C] (tid=1047) Error: FxPartnerDriverSMTP.Private.SmtpListner:processContent: loader constraint violation: loader (instance of org/eclipse/osgi/internal/loader/EquinoxClassLoader) previously initiated loading for a different type with name "javax/mail/search/SearchTerm"

What needs to be done to resolve this error and get the same functionality as seen in v9.7?
