Troubleshooting
Problem
Installed version 9.0 webMethods Package for Microsoft .NET and when attempting to start this Microsoft Windows Service, the following error is seen:
"An unhandled exception ('Launch for user') occurred in wmSystem.exe [11596]. Just-In-Time debugging this exception failed with the following error: No installed debugger has Just-In_Time debugging enable. In Visual Studio, Just-In-Time debugging can be enabled from Tools/Options/Debugging/
Just-In-Time."
