Troubleshooting
Problem
The Integration server running on the Windows Server 2003 is set to have a 1 GB of minimum heap size and 2 GB of maximum heap size. After installing Symantec AV , there is not enough memory for heap allocation for Integration Server to start. The total RAM in the system is 4GB. Integration Server startup errors as below:
