The customer is upgrading from 7.1 to 9.5 and they also have 8.2.2 so would need the answer on all versions.
The following explanation currently regarding the privileges:
DDL Admin is required for IS to create buffer tables while working with triggers.
DB Owner role is required in case of recreating the database (drop and create the db). This role is not required if the user is not meant to do configuration or maintenance activity on the corresponding DB.
Question: If the access DDL Admin and DB Owner is only needed during software upgrades and patching and not during day to day operating of the software? What about archiving data or services?
