Troubleshooting
Problem
The customer has a service that sends 660 documents to the Broker. One day IS lost the connection to DB and 600 documents got lost. Neither the publish step nor the service failed. The service did run, but no process instance was started.
There is the expectation to get a serviceException at least at the end of the top-level service.
In the service is a try/catch block, so the service should capture the exception and stop publishing.
