webMethods Knowlegebase : Etbinfo dos not return information on UOW (1780408)

Problem

Error "03010004::INFO: Nothing found for this request" when using:

$ etbinfo -b ETB001 -d PSF -v 6 -p psf.pro

Similar error occurs when calling the Broker server SAG/ETBCIS/INFO from a Natural program even though the UOW has been cancelled.

In ~/EntireX/config/etb/ETB001/etbfile, the server is defined as below:

CLASS = CPR, SERVER = LOGSRV, SERVICE = *, LOAD-BALANCING = NO, STORE = BROKER, UWTIME = 5D, UWSTAT-LIFETIME = 1D

Tried to stop the server and build up a que of transactions for the server.

$ etbinfo -b ETB001 -d PSF -v 2 -p psf.pro

"03010004::INFO: Nothing found for this request"

Calling the Broker server SAG/ETBCIS/INFO from a Natural program gives similar error.

Only information on 5 (PROCESSED) is received.
