Problem
Original Article Number : 33086 : When trying to issue the Broker SHUTDOWN command, Broker is shut down, but an error is also received that reads as follows:
$ etbcmd -bETB048 -dBROKER -cSHUTDOWN
Error_code <02150148>
There was a BROKER error!
02150148::EntireX Broker not active
To reproduce the problem, follow these steps:
1. Create ETB048(example Broker) by etbinst
2. Set hosts and services file to ETB048 and port 232048
3. Execute etbstart ETB048
4. Enter etbcmd -bETB048 -cSHUTDOWN -dBROKER
