Troubleshooting
Problem
Unable to view transactions on MWS sometimes when logging in using the user - 'Administrator'.
This issue is not consistent.
When this happens a restart of the MWS server fixes it.
In the logs seeing the below error:
"2018-01-30 10:29:36 CST [ISU.0000.9999W] com.wm.app.b2b.server.ServiceException: Error encountered while fetching search results, page 3 requested is not found for queryId=TNPortalQueryResults_50i2o500c53ud4e50000013q. Contact your administrator to optimize the configuration of the TNQueryResults cache."
