DPR-CMI-4006 Unable to determine the active Content Manager

Troubleshooting


Problem

Getting the following error message when starting Cognos service in a Content Manager only installation: DPR-CMI-4006 Unable to determine the active Content Manager All URIs are set correctly.

Symptom

No other error messages in cogserver.log.

Monitoring of the content store database shows that CM does not attempt to create a connection to the database.
