Problem
Tamino XML server 9.12 on Windows 2012 R2 server has been installed without problems.
A database can be created, and define collections and load data via Tamino Administration and Tamino Data Loader 9.12 can be done without problems.
But after installing the modiis.dll ISAPI filter in IIS 8.5 to access the data via http calls, the following error appears:
HTTP Error 500.0 - Internal Server Error
Calling LoadLibraryEx on ISAPI filter "D:\inoScripts\modiis.dll" failed
