Troubleshooting


Problem

When trying to upload to Tamino an Excel encrypted file, the following error is returned:

Error with the uploaded file. Tamino cannot store this file. : Connection: close;X-INO-returnvalue: 7126;X-INO-Messageline: INOSXE7114: Java error: Errtext: "com.softwareag.tamino.nixe.NException: com.softwareag.tamino.nixe.plugin.frey.excel.ExcelPlugin: This is an encrypted excel workbook, which is not supported".
