Troubleshooting
Problem
Documents with a docname containing special characters (Spanish ñ, or accentuated vowels) are not inserted in the corresponding collection/doctype but into ino:etc collection.
This is happening only when accessing Tamino through IIS.
Everything works fine when accessing through Apache.
