webMethods Knowlegebase : Realm sending out small window size while large incoming, sometimes see slow trades (1798905)

Problem

Recently started receiving complaints from traders regarding delays in trade responses...some have taken over 4 seconds where site threshold is .5 seconds.

Find when this happens the realm server is sending out small window size (1 byte) advertisements to the streaming server.

At the same time seeing the receive queues (observed via netstat) getting larger (definitely not non-zero).

Need to find out if there are any realm server configuration that could help increase the queue size so that the flow data does not stop.

Willing to make changes to the software configuration as well as the Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) configuration, but need Software AG's advice as to where to start looking.
