Problem
Customer has hosted environment
configured an external ElastiSearch endpoint (AWS) in the Administrator --> Destinations.
The Connection Test is successful.
He added a policy to an API that logs in success and error cases to this destination.
After testing the API, they do not see any logs in ElastiSearch.
What is wrong?
