Problem
Attempts to install a new version of Broker in a previously used directory with default ports encounters the below error:
ERROR: To use port 6849, webMethods Broker must also reserve port 6848 and 6847. However, one or both of those ports is already in use or cannot be bound. Specify a port other than port 6849.
