webMethods Knowlegebase : General Error with Mongo Database (1786584)

Problem

Attempting to connect and process data on a Mongo database and receiving the following "general error":

"[ART.118.5036] Adapter Runtime (Connection): Unable to configure connection manager.

[ADA.1.204] Cannot connect to the database with DataSource class "wm.jdbcx.mongodb.MongoDBDataSource40".

[webMethods][MongoDB JDBC Driver][MongoDB]general error

The server.log file references an unknown service 'DcConfig.services:loadConfig' and a missing table "MK_PARAMETER_TBL". Please see below.
