Troubleshooting
Problem
There are 2 different users in tenancy which have 2 different roles. Those roles have the same configuration. Additionally, both users have the exact same access profile.
Example:-
User A: user_dp
Role A: Deal Placement
User B: user_nb
Role B: New Business
Access Profile for both: Regular User
The user_dp is allowed to claim a case and edit it. If the case is then assigned to user_nb, the user_dp cannot edit the case as AgileApps says he doesn't have enough permissions, even though user_dp got the exact same permissions as user_dp.
