webMethods Knowlegebase : Server Message Block (SMB) Download / Delete / Rename operations not working with ActiveTransfer (1798369)

Troubleshooting


Problem

In Virtual Folder Management if a folder is created to connect using SMB, then issue is noticed while performing operations like Download, Delete & Rename.

Uploading a file works properly, but below error is seen if mentioned operations are used:

"[MFT.LOG.0011] ERROR: [[SFTP:146:MFTService:XX.XX.XX.XX] PROXY : :1641415729] Exception while doing:DOWNLOAD. Error:STATUS_OBJECT_PATH_NOT_FOUND (0xc000003a): Create failed for \\XXXX.XXX.XXX.net\PATH\test\subFolder\Test.txt

[MFT.LOG.0011] ERROR: com.hierynomus.mssmb2.SMBApiException: STATUS_OBJECT_PATH_NOT_FOUND (0xc000003a): Create failed for \\XXXX.XXX.XXX.net\PATH\test\subFolder\Test.txt
