webMethods Knowlegebase : Facing disconnection when using key based authentication on SFTP port (1785635)

Troubleshooting


Problem

The following error is received when (using Key based authentication) trying to connect to an SFTP port in Active Transfer.

"ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host

Connection closed"

Error time trace on client is as below:

"OpenSSH_6.0p1, OpenSSL 1.0.1e 11 Feb 2013
