Troubleshooting


Problem

When assigning "User Access" to a Virtual Folder the MWS UI reports error: "9999:An internal error has occurred while executing the service. Contact your System Administrator" The user is not added to the VFS.

Steps leading to problem:

- Open Integration> Managed File Transfer > Virtual Folder Management page

- Select VFS

- Click User Access

- Add user (new or existing)

- Click Save

- Error occurs.

The following error is observed in the OSGI logs for Integration server.
