Problem
The service wm.mft.admin:exportData only exports ActiveTransfer assets (example: assetType=user), not MWS assets (users).
The option to migrate (using the services exportData/importData) the ActiveTransfer assetType “user” only migrates the ActiveTransfer users and user configuration settings such as throttling, restrictions, encryption, acceleration, and partner associations. It does not migrate MWS users.
