webMethods Knowlegebase : [MON.0119.0000E] Failure retrieving permissions for user [Administrator] from [localhost:8585] (1786226)

Troubleshooting

Problem

Searching for process instances in MWS fails with an error message (Refer attached screenshot) about "Failure retrieving permissions".

Following error is received in IS (Integration Server) server logs while navigating through the 'Process Instances' link in MWS.

---------------------------------------------------

[MON.0119.0000E] Failure retrieving permissions for user [Administrator] from [localhost:8585]: com.webmethods.bpo.common.dls.QueryTypeException: Failed to bind to endPoint: http://localhost:8585/services/command/getqueryobjectviewsforprincipal_wm_bpo_queryobject?wsdl and interface: interface com.webmethods.bpo.common.service.dls.Igetqueryobjectviewsforprincipal_wm_bpo_queryobjectPortType: could not bind to path: http://localhost:8585/services/command/getqueryobjectviewsforprincipal_wm_bpo_queryobject?wsdl

---------------------------------------------------

This can be temporarily resolved by going into the IS to the home page of the WmMonitor package and saving MWS username & password and reloading the WmMonitor package.

However after a restart of IS, the problem occurs again and the passwords need to be saved again.
