Troubleshooting
Problem
User sees following error in the default.log at regular intervals:
"ERROR: [CCECNFE0003] The configuration service encountered a remote request failure.
javax.ws.rs.ProcessingException: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused (Connection refused)"
What needs to be done to resolve this issue.
