Troubleshooting

Problem

Following exception is thrown when IDoc is received in SAP Adapter and subsequently it got rollbacked.

Error in RFC Listener <Listener name> with status "ALIVE" and connection "<connection string>": com.wm.app.b2b.server.ServiceException: [SAP.111.9506] WmSAP Adapter: Missing notification - MsgType: <Message_name> ( xxxxx >> yyyyy ).

[SAP.0106.0004W] Error in inbound call for IDOC_INBOUND_ASYNCHRONOUS from XXXXXX: com.wm.app.b2b.server.ServiceException: [SAP.111.9506] WmSAP Adapter: Missing notification - MsgType: <Message_name> ( xxxxx >> yyyyy ).

[SAP.0110.0004I] ALE:InboundProcess - Rollback 0ACBC87A8E3B5B7D20132A18

[SAP.0115.0014I] Notification - No routing notification exists for MsgType: <Message_name> ( xxxxx >> yyyyy ) in list of 0 registered notifications.

Additional Information:

• Other custom defined listeners are working fine and able to process inbound IDoc sending from SAP server.

• The installation is a newly provisioned environment with SAP Adapter and custom packages are migrated from older version environment.
