webMethods Knowlegebase : After SAP migration noticed Gateway errors (1790454)

Troubleshooting


Problem

After SAP host migration, application server and system number was updated in SAP Connection in IS and application server as well as service name was updated in SAP listeners. Listener is not getting enabled post this and is throwing the below error next to disabled status in Listeners:

[ART.115.3258] Adapter Runtime (Listener): Fatal error in listener sap.listeners.xxxx:SAPListener. See error log for details [SAP.104.9155] WmSAP Adapter: No connection defined for listener repository alias "WebMSAP".

Error from server log:
