Summary

There are multiple vulnerabilities in IBM® SDK Java™ Technology Edition, Version 6, Version 7 ,version 8, that is used by IBM Workload Scheduler. These issues were disclosed as part of the IBM Java SDK updates in April 2018.

Remediation/Fixes

APAR IJ07745 has been opened to address Java vulnerabilities affecting IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler.

The following limited availability fixes for IJ07745 are available for download on FixCentral

9.1.0-TIV-TWS-FP0002-IJ07745
to be applied on top of Tivoli Workload Scheduler Distributed 9.1.0 FP02

9.3.0-TIV-TWS-FP0003-IJ07745 
to be applied on top of Tivoli Workload Scheduler Distributed 9.3.0 FP03

The apar IJ07745 is included in IBM Workload Scheduler 9.2 fixpack 03, and IBM Workload Scheduler 9.4 fixpack 4 already available for download on FixCentral.

For Unsupported releases IBM recommends upgrading to a fixed, supported release of the product.
