The apar IJ07745 is included in IBM Workload Scheduler 9.2 fixpack 03, and IBM Workload Scheduler 9.4 fixpack 4 already available for download on FixCentral.
For Unsupported releases IBM recommends upgrading to a fixed, supported release of the product.
