webMethods Knowlegebase : Distributed caching is not working after upgrade (1796183)

Troubleshooting


Problem

The user has upgraded a clustered OneData environment (from v10.2 to v10.3) and the remote / distributed caching is not working anymore.

The onedata.properties contains the same configuration lines regarding remote caching as the previous installation on the same server.

The following error messages are shown in the wrapper.log file:

"424 ERROR onedata.AppStartup {startCacheServer} - ****_1103:
