Troubleshooting
Problem
Using Command Line instructions, attempting to create an image file in SUM (Software AG Update Manager) and seeing the following error messages:
"Exit code: 208 the provided image doesn't match the current platform
"Exit from Launcher: 208"
What is the cause of the problem and what needs to be done to resolve the problem?
