Problem
Image creation failing with the following error:
"Error: Error occurred in processFixTreeStep2: Error occurred when creating image"
Found article 1772247 (for version 9.8), and increased Timeouts it suggests, but image creation still failing.
Have 42 GB of free space.
Each time, despite the failure, get a resulting zip file, but when restarting the SUM utility see no option to use an image file.
