Troubleshooting
Problem
Mediator is expected to return 503 Status Code once throttle limit is reached, but it does not return this exception and does not allow to override the exception using conditional error processing.
Instead it throws the following exception:
[ISC.0088.9998E] Exception --> org.apache.axis2.AxisFault: An error occurred writing the response to an HTTP request.
