Troubleshooting
Problem
Mediator is logging multiple records in MED_EVENT_TXN table with the same session ID (for same transaction).
This is happening for all the Customers Virtual Services (100+). I
S has been restarted multiple times.
There has been no changes in the Policies or Virtual Services. The Virtual Services have not been redeployed to Mediator for a few months.
They just started observing the issue after the last 2 restarts of IS & Mediator.
This issue is happening in Production Environment. Redeployment of all the Virtual Services from CentraSite to Mediator is not really an option. That is something that requires approval from different levels and groups within the company.
For the same transaction they are seeing 3 records:

Production, a two node IS cluster.
In QA, a two node IS cluster they have not seen the issue.
In IS, the following Mediator logging facilities were set to Trace to capture additional information:
0001 Events Logging,
0050 Runtime and
0070 Mediators
