Problem
Customer recently upgraded to Mediator 9.9 (full version number 9.9.0.0002-0058) from Mediator 9.8.
After this upgrade the following issue arose:
When restarting the IS, mediator is no longer in cluster (the Mediator cash is no longer clustered), customer needs to manually restart the Mediator package for the clustering to get working again.
