Problem
When a REST API with JWT Identify & Authorize Application policy configured on API Gateway and published it to API Portal 10.3, the JWT Access token URL will be displayed as: http://<IShost>:<port>/rest/pub/apigateway/jwt/getJsonWebToken?app_id=123-abc-456-xxx
Though there is an HTTPS port available on the API Gateway
When user tries to run 'Try API' section of the published API on API Portal, an error like 'Transport protocol must be HTTPS' is thrown
