Troubleshooting
Problem
The customer was having issue with AE (Analytic Engine) reconnecting to DCA_event and DCA_dimension after database was disconnected for failover testing.
AE does not seem to be reconnecting back on its own and the DCA_event and DCA_Dimension still have documents remains "unack".
A work-around was to restart AE to drain those QUEUE.
